Museum Veere

Art and culture
Are you interested in art and culture? Then be sure to visit the Grote Kerk in Veere, the stone giant in a small town. From concerts and exhibitions to a visit to the tower from which you have a splendid view over beautiful Veere.
During the summer months of July, August and September you can visit the historic market on Tuesdays where old times come to life. With people in historical costumes and all kinds of stalls with real Zeeland products.

Boat trip
From April to September you can take a boat trip on the Veerse Meer. The cruises last 1 or 2 hours. The tours take you past the natural islands, the wild horses that live there and the boats and yachts on the Veerse Meer.
At the tourist information point in Veere you will find information about what you can see and do in the area, cycling and walking maps and a free pod walk with stories and sounds of Veere. The tourist information point can be found in the Town Hall on the market.
Natuur
The beautiful Oranjezon nature reserve is approximately 10 minutes by car from Veere. There is a parking lot very near the area. Here you can walk through a varied landscape of dune valleys, forests, drifts and dune grassland near the sea. There are many plant and animal species. You might just come across a fallow or roe deer here!
